As a Construction Site Foreman, showcase your leadership by being responsible for coordinating operations and overseeing workers at various construction sites. This includes managing personnel and handling operational duties with precision, while ensuring safety guidelines are met at each stage of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and overseeing construction workers
• Ensuring adherence to site safety regulations and maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Ability to read and follow plans
• Coordinating tasks and work schedules based on deadlines
• Participating in coordination meetings, and providing daily progress updates to the project manager
• Identifying potential issues or delays early and proposing effective solutions
• Managing construction equipment and materials; ensuring their safe and efficient use

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and report effectively
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Current certification in first aid, CPR, and relevant safety training is a plus
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• Assist and perform day to day earthwork needs (i.e.) shoveling, raking, layout, grading, pipe laying
• Load, carry, and set up tools, machinery, and materials needed for daily tasks
• Follow safety procedures and report any issues to the site supervisor immediately
• Operate construction equipment and machinery under supervision, adhering strictly to safety protocols
• Dig trenches, compact earth, and backfill holes to prepare sites for construction
• Assist with the installation, assembly, and repair of plumbing and piping systems
• Work with excavating and help prepare trenches for pipes.

Requirements:

• Physical strength and stamina
• No formal education required; on-the-job training will be provided
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of construction operations and safety a plus

Risbara Bros. Construction Co., Inc. is looking for an experienced operator to add to our growing team. Be part of a company who does a wide variety of work including commercial and residential earthwork, road/sidewalk construction, box culverts, retaining walls, drainage, grading and much more.

Responsibilities:

·        Operate equipment in a safe and effective manner

·        Run a variety of equipment daily such as excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, and loaders

·        Keep equipment clean and up to date on maintenance

·        Coordinate with site managers and team members to ensure work is completed on time

·        Occasionally perform tasks outside of operating equipment

Requirements:

·       Must have a Class C license and reliable transportation

·       Class B license is a plus

·       Positive attitude and team player

·       Self-motivated

·       Ability to understand and interpret site plans

·       Ability to take direction and perform tasks alone

·       Good physical condition and stamina

·       Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations

·       Willing to work with snowplowing team, when weather requires
